Who is responsible

What we collect and why

• Orders. When you buy, Stripe and Onelink collect your name, email, billing country and payment details to take payment, work out tax and send your receipt. We can see your email, what you bought and whether your payment and membership are active, never your full card number. Legal basis: performing our contract with you.
• Delivery emails. We use your email address to send your download links and, if you have Fueled Weekly, your weekly recipes and membership messages (such as the reminder before a paid month starts). Legal basis: performing our contract with you.
• Download and recovery requests. When you use a download link or the recovery form we check your order with Stripe and keep a short record so the service works and can't be abused. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the service.
• Support emails. If you email us we keep the conversation so we can help. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

We do not send marketing emails unless you have agreed to receive them, and we do not sell your information. Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

• Stripe and Onelink (payments, tax, receipts, fraud prevention, membership billing and the page where you manage or cancel your membership).
• Resend (sends our emails for us).
• Cloudflare (hosts the website and the downloads).

Some of these providers are based in, or process data in, the United States. Where that happens the transfer is covered by the UK's approved safeguards, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Order and billing records: six years, for tax and accounting. Membership email records: while your membership is active and for up to two years after it ends. Download and recovery logs: up to 90 days. Support emails: two years.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@fueledrecipes.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
